Our commitment
Last updated: September 15, 2026
We care deeply about making the game accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. The site was designed and built to meet the international WCAG 2.1 Level AA accessibility guidelines, and we treat accessibility as a requirement — not a nice-to-have — in every new feature and page.
What has been made accessible
- ⌨️ Full keyboard navigation — every action on the site works with the keyboard alone (Tab, Enter, and Space), including revealing your role in the game, with a clear, prominent focus indicator.
- 🗣️ Screen reader support — proper heading structure, ARIA labels on all buttons and controls, status announcements when moving between screens, and decorative content hidden from screen readers. Note: to keep the game fair, announcements never reveal roles or the secret word.
- 🎨 Color contrast — text-to-background contrast ratios meet Level AA requirements, and information is never conveyed by color alone.
- 🎞️ Reduced motion — the site respects the operating system's "reduce motion" setting (prefers-reduced-motion) and disables animations for users who choose it.
- 🔍 Flexible text — the site stays usable and intact with enlarged text and zoom of up to 200%.
- 👆 Generous touch targets — buttons and tap areas are large enough for comfortable use on touch screens.
- 🌐 English and Hebrew interfaces — a complete English interface, plus full Hebrew with right-to-left directionality.
- 🔇 No sound required — sounds are only an extra; all information is also shown visually, and sounds can be turned off with one tap.
Advertising and third-party content
The site's guide pages may display advertising served by an external ad network (Google AdSense). Ads are kept out of the game screens entirely, never use pop-ups, sit in clearly labeled fixed areas, and never cover the content or move it around while you read. The internal content of an ad, however, is produced by the advertiser — so we cannot guarantee the accessibility of what's inside an ad frame. If a specific ad interferes with your use of the site, please tell us and we will block it.
Known limitations
"The Impostor" is a social game built around physically passing a phone between players and talking out loud — part of the experience happens off-screen and depends on the group itself. We have done our best to make everything within the site's control accessible.
Found an issue?
If you found a component that is not accessible, or you have a suggestion for improvement, we would love to hear about it and fix it as quickly as possible. You can reach us through the game builder's website: Zstore AI.
